The 2023 Alley Art Project highlights the significant impact of young people empowering and influencing society. The Rockwell Museum, in collaboration with the High School Learning Center (HSLC) of the Corning-Painted Post Area School District and SUNY Corning Community College (CCC), worked with students and Teaching Mural Artist Sarah C. Little Hawk Threads is today at Hugh Gregg Elementary School from 9 to 12. Also today during the event: Saturday, May 13 9 am to 12 pm Hugh Gregg Elementary School Open to all CPP families Children under the age of 14 must wear a bike helmet in New York and as part of Little Hawk Threads, the Steuben County Sheriff's Department will be on hand to help your children stay safe while riding a bike! Deputy Ramirez and Hugh Gregg School Resource Officer Deputy Kimmey will be available to fit your child for a free bike helmet. The fitting is during Little Hawk Threads, Saturday, May 13th from 9 to 12 at Hugh Gregg Elementary School. The helmets will be distributed at a future date!
