A quick word from Freddie:

"My name is Freddie Collins and I am a senior here at Corning Painted Post high school. I was super excited to get the opportunity to design the Special Olympics T-Shirt! After high school, I plan on studying industrial design with a school undecided. "

Registration

Registration Forms have been sent individually to each participating district. If your district is interested in participating, please contact:

The form must be filled out in its entirety by your school.
Part 1 (athlete info) is due March 6th, 2026.
Part 2 (event info) is due April 17th, 2026.
Athletes may register for 1 Track event and 1 Field event.
Please send the completed form to Michelle Ignaszewski at
mignaszewski@cppasd.com

*The event is open to all students in the district who have intellectual disabilities. If your child qualifies based on the criteria, their teacher will sign them up to participate in the event. The students must be ages 8 or older. Please do not hesitate to reach out to event coordinators for further details about eligibility.
