PROPOSITION NUMBER ONE                                                                                                       

Shall the annual budget of the Corning City School District for the fiscal year 2025-2026 in the amount of $146,804,840, be adopted?  Adoption of this budget requires a tax levy increase of7.89% which exceeds the statutory tax levy increase limit of 3.23% for this school fiscal year and,therefore, exceeds the state tax cap and must be approved by sixty percent of the qualified voterspresent and voting.  

PROPOSITION NUMBER TWO                                                  

Shall the Bond Resolution of the City School District of the City of Corning, New York, entitled:  “Bond Resolution of the City School District of the City of Corning, New York, adopted March 19, 2025, authorizing the acquisition of various school buses and vehicles; stating the estimated total cost thereof is $977,000; appropriating said amount therefor; and authorizing the issuance of $977,000 serial bonds of said District to finance said appropriation,” be approved?

PROPOSITION NUMBER THREE                                            

“Shall the sum of $1,511,568 (One Million,  Five Hundred Eleven Thousand, Five Hundred Sixty-Eight Dollars) be raised by annual levy of a tax upon the taxable property within the Corning-Painted Post Area School District for the purpose of funding the Southeast Steuben County Library,” be approved?
