Dear CPP Families:
With the end of the school year rapidly approaching, we have some important dates to share specific
to the end-of-year schedule.
CPP School District
● May 22, 2026 will be a “Give-Back Day”. The District will be closed - there will be no school
for students or staff.
● June 19, 2026 - Juneteenth will be observed. The District will be closed - there will be no
school for students or staff.
● June 25, 2026 will be a “Give-Back Day”. There will be no school for students K-12. Staff
will report. CPPHS Graduation rehearsal will be held 10:00 am - Noon.
Elementary and Middle Schools
● Wednesday, June 3, 2026 - Early release 11:05 a.m.
● Thursday, June 11, 2026 - Early release 11:05 a.m.
● Wednesday, June 24, 2026 – Last Day of School (Early release 11:05 a.m.)
High School
● Tuesday, June 9, 2026 and Wednesday, June 10, 2026 - Regents Days
(ONLY students scheduled for a specific exam should report to school)
● Tuesday, June 16, 2026 - Last Official Day of Classes (Full day of school)
● Wednesday, June 17 through Friday, June 26, 2026 - Regents and Select Local Exams
(ONLY students scheduled for a specific exam should report to school)
