5/14/20 Phase 3 pick-up schedule


Good afternoon Middle School Families.

As you are aware, the Governor has closed school buildings for the remainder of the 19-20 school year.  As a result, we will be providing additional work and educational materials for your student to close out this school year.  If your student has been connected through GOOGLE Classroom and GOOGLE meets, you DO NOT need to pick up any work as the material and instruction will continue using that method. 

This schedule pertains ONLY to those students who DO NOT have internet access.  We will be providing hard copies of Phase 3 work for those without internet access.  Again, you do not need to come in if you have internet access.

The schedule for PHASE 3 pick-up will be Monday, May 18 during the following times. 




As you enter the parking lot area for the Middle School, drive down to the MAIN entrance using the ‘Bus Lane’.  There you will be met by a staff member and asked to provide the student’s name and grade level.  We ask that you wait in your vehicle as the work will be delivered to you.  This will be a drive up/drive through process.  Any work completed during the past three weeks can be dropped off IF/WHEN you are coming on the 18th to pick up new work.

Also, the nurses are planning on being in the office Monday, May 18th from 7:30am-2:00pm if parents need meds or medical supplies returned to them.

There will be a virtual PTA meeting on Monday evening.  An email will be follow with an access code for the meeting.
