Spotlight on Technology

This year, Cheryl Tice plans to change the way people sign up for her technology classes in the district. 

Instructional staff will use a database to view course descriptions and sign up for classes.  She's hoping it will be quicker for teachers to select the classes they want to take, while keeping building administrators in the loop, as well. 

The database sends the information to the building administrator, so it is important to select the correct school when logging in.  Once they confirm the selections, the database sends confirmation emails to the teachers listing the classes they chose.  It also sends reminders before each session and generates sign in sheets.

Using this database will help Cheryl visit the schools more often to assist teachers and students with technology integration.
