All Corning-Painted Post Schools provide speech and language services to students identified as having a need. Screenings and evaluations are offered at the building level and through the Committee on Special Education. Speech and language services are administered either through traditional pull-out models (students are removed from their regular classrooms to work with the Speech Pathologist) or push-in services (the Speech Pathologist works with the student in the regular classroom setting). All services are provided by Speech and Language Pathologists and/or Teachers for the Speech and Hearing Impaired. |
