Building Leadership
Team (BLT):
Each
school in the Corning-Painted Post Area School District has
a Building Leadership Team (BLT). The Building Leadership
Team’s main function is to review the school’s current
student achievement levels and make recommendations for
improvements. Each year our school staff and BLT develop a
School Improvement Plan to address these needs with
clear objectives and action plans. The BLT monitors this
plan throughout the school year and reports year-end
progress to staff and parents. Check out this year’s
