Frank Pierce Early Childhood Center serves 163 three- and four-year-old students. Staff utilize a holistic approach in administering a variety of programs and services in the areas of: child development and education; health, dental and nutrition; mental health; disabilities; and family and community involvement. In addition, Frank Pierce is the center of all the District's pre-school special education services, including a special education program, evaluation of cognitive, psychological, language and development issues in pre-school children.
