Kids Adventure Club
Kids Adventure Club (KAC) is a unique before and after school child care program in our elementary school buildings. A safe, secure and exciting environment for children ages 5-12, KAC is a service of Pathways, Inc. administered in partnership with the District and area businesses. Pathways has been providing this creative and enriching program since 1992.
Throughout the year, KAC provides:
- An enriching, safe, and exciting environment
- Nutritious snacks
- Games, sports, art, music, and outdoor play
- Field trips
- Storytellers, musicians, and other guest performers
By exceeding the standards for childcare programs, Kids' Adventure Club has received national accreditation from the National School Age Childcare Alliance (NSACA).
Full- and part-time enrollment in KAC is available during the academic year and the summer months. The program also is open on days when school is closed, including holidays, conference days and most snow days. A sliding fee scale and tuition assistance are available.
Kids' Adventure Club is made possible through a collaborative effort and is the result of a community initiative. It is supported by the Corning-Painted Post School District, Corning Incorporated, and the United Way of the Southern Tier.
