Building Leadership Teams Schools in the C-PP District have Building Leadership Teams (BLTs) which include administrators, teachers, staff members, parents and often a local business or community representative. BLTs have responsibility for establishing the annual operating plans, setting policies and defining strategic focus for their respective schools. These teams meet regularly to track progress toward goals and work closely with the District leadership and the PTAs.
